You get free shipping for all your pre-paid and post-paid orders within India.
Even if you need delivery outside India, we shall reach you. Your order will be delivered to you, with shipping and handling rates based on its price and weight.
We aim at dispatching your items the same day you place the order. If your order is shipped to a metro city, the usual delivery time is 4 to 7 working days. For any other location, your order will reach you safely within 10-15 days once it is dispatched.
No matter where you are on the globe, we will make the order reach you. Your order is likely to be delivered within 15 working days, depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. To ensure the safe delivery of your order, we ship only through reputed courier companies like DHL, UPS etc.
All the products are shipped from India.
Delays in Delivery:

We strive to deliver your order on time. But in the unlikely event that your order doesn’t reach you on time. It may be possible that the delay is caused by weather, custom clearance, or some other unexpected circumstances beyond the control of the courier company. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or accept returns due to such delays.
You can always track your parcel on the courier website. The details of dispatch will be informed to you by email, and you can find help any time by contacting our customer care unit.
In case you ordered multiple products in an order, we may choose to deliver the shipment in parts for better handling.
Please note that cancellations can only be made for orders with the current status as unshipped. (We handle exceptions on a case by case basis)
Important information regarding Address
If you accidentally ship your order to an incorrect address, inform us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will make it right for you. If you miss informing in 24 hours, we will make the necessary changes, though it might invite some additional charges. Errors in the current address will also be amended with some additional charges. With the online payment of the charges, the changes in the address will be reflected immediately.
If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses, place a separate order for each delivery address.
We know you don’t like to miss out on your much-awaited order delivery. So do ensure that someone is available to collect your order when it arrives. In case you are not at home, the courier agent will call you, and you can instruct him to leave your order at the door or with your neighbour. Though in such cases the courier agents won’t be able to secure signed confirmation of delivery.
Billing Address is the address where you get the bill for your order. Shipping address is the address where you receive the product. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on your choice.
We strive towards making the merchandise listed on our website available in stock for you, and the prices shown on our website are correct.
If we are unable to deliver or provide replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days.
LOST IN TRANSIT
Your orders are delivered fully insured. You do not suffer any loss if the courier company fails to deliver your order. We can only safeguard your order until it is delivered to you, so be present to receive your delivery. After your order is left at the shipment address by postal/courier agent, we bear no responsibility for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package.
In the unlikely event of a shipment being lost in transit, we reprocess the same order after a buffer period of 15 days. In case a replacement is not available of the same design, you will get the option of taking a refund or selecting a different product.

We take pride when you adore the product you buy, but in case if something doesn't go right, let us know. Our return policy is customer friendly. If you wish to return a product, contact us within 72 hours from the time of delivery, and our customer support executive will help you with the return steps.
If you report returns due to change in size or damaged/defective/incorrect product, the received parcel will be picked up by us, and you will get your order either changed or refunded within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, you need not panic. Simply record the unboxing of the parcel and write an email to us. All claims of return must be accompanied by detailed images and the purpose of returning the product.
While we accept returns, we do not provide reverse pick up for your orders. If you ship a product, you must provide tracking information within a day of dispatch by mail. Once we receive the product you shipped at our place, we will process your refund or give an exchange as per your requirement. Don’t miss to mention yourorder number on the return package. If you ship a product, do ensure that we receive it in our warehouse within 7 days. At the time of refund, the shipping charges incurred by us will be included in your refund amount.
If you ship a product, take measures in ensuring that the product does not get damaged on its return shipping. Do cover the package in polythene plastic, and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain.
Conditions of Return
For placing a return, please ensure that the clothes are not used, altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. We accept returns only if we physically receive the product back within 10 days of return request. Keep the original tags and packaging intact.The box should be undamaged for the items that come in branded packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customized and 'Made to order' Clothes are not covered under the return policy.
We care that your order reaches you safely and on time. In the off chance that your received product is damaged/defective /incorrect product, then send us an email within 48 hours from the time of delivery to successfully start the replacement process.
Once your replacement claim is reviewed, accepted and registered, we will arrange for a reverse pick up. Kindly keep the product duly packed and ready for the courier to pick up. We will provide a replacement for your product if available. If a replacement is not possible, then, worry not, the amount will be refunded to you.
