 We deliver our products to all parts of the world via various highly reputed third party courier services like FedEx, Ecom Express, Delhivery, Firstflight, Aramex etc.

 

Shipping Cost

In INDIA

Shipping within India is FREE for prepaid order,

For cash on delivery shipping is chargeable at Rs 50/-

 

International Shipping

Shipping cost is based on item price and weight.

International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order.

 

 Time to Deliver

 In India

 The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 7-10 working days in major metro cities in India and can take anywhere between 10-15 days for other locations in India, from the time the order is confirmed.

 

Outside India

 Delivery outside India is expected to take up to 15 working days depending on the postal code and mode of shipping. We only ship through reputed courier companies like DHL, UPS etc.

 

All the products are shipped from India only. 

 

Delays in Delivery

 

These are indicative & approx. values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors. 

Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any. 

No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. 

We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In that case if you choose to cancel your order we can only cancel the unshipped part of the order. (Not valid for all the cases).

 

 

Important information regarding Address

 

Any changes in your address needs to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.

If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be same or different depending on the customer choice.

 

 

Product Availability

 

We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement due to unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the date you place the order.

 

 

Lost In transit

 

We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not responsible for lost / stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

 

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess the same order. In case a replacement is not available of the same design we may ask you to either take a refund or select alternate product.

Return policy.

We have a customer friendly return policy .You will have to just write us within 24 hrs from time of delivery & return steps will given from our customer support executive.

  • If you want to arrange reverse pickup please mail us details of your order on customercare@amaltas.com, it will take 8 to 10 working days. Once your product is picked inform us, as we receive product at our end we will process your refund or exchange as per your requirement.
  • You can also ship product from your end, provide us the tracking details of the product so we can track it from ourside. Once we receive the product at our place we will process your refund or exchange as per your requirement. Mention the Company Name and Order Number on the return package.

Last date of return shipping: 30 days from date of delivery. We will not be able to accept returns if dispatched after 30days from date of delivery.

 

Packaging Advice:

It is of utmost important that the items do not get damaged on their return shipping. For Apparel, please cover the package in polythene plastic and return it in an envelope to avoid damage due to rain.

Conditions of Return

Clothes must not be used altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way. Return is acceptable only within 30 days from date of delivery. Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged. Returns shipping cost will not be covered by Irasoleil.com 'Made to order' Clothes are not covered under the return policy.

Damage

We try our best to delivery 100% good quality products, but unfortunately it may happen sometimes product is delivered damaged. In such case we required a photo to be sent to us within 48hrs from the time of delivery. Without photos sent in given time we will not be able to process replacement. In case of products not available return Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage. If the damage is approved and a complaint is registered, we request you to kindly send the product back to us. If a replacement is in stock with us, we will reship the same to you. In case it is not available, you can request for a refund. But the final decision is will be taken by Irasoleil.com about refund.
